Admission Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and official transcripts from all institutions of higher learning attended.
  • Transcripts of undergraduate coursework showing evidence of completion of at least fifteen credit hours of mathematics and/or statistics courses. 
  • A one to two page personal statement stating why you are interested in pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics
  • TOEFL scores are required for non-native English speakers. Minimum scores of 500/170/60 for paper/computer/internet versions.  

 

Recommended but not required:

  • GRE General Test scores. 
  • Two letters of recommendation from former professors or others familiar with your level of preparation for graduate study in mathematics.  Letters should contain current contact information including e-mail addresses.
