Contact Admission
Whether you’re a prospective student with questions, an applicant needing guidance, or an admitted student with specific queries, our Admissions Office is here to help. The Contact Admission section provides you with the various ways you can reach out to Atlantic Gateway College’s admissions team and what kind of assistance we offer.
Admissions Office Contact Information:
• Email: The quickest way to get detailed inquiries answered is via email. You can email us at admissions@atlanticgatewaycollege.com (or info@atlanticgatewaycollege.com as a general inbox). Please include your full name and, if you have one, your application ID or student ID in your message. We strive to respond to all emails within 1-2 business days, often sooner.
• Phone: If you prefer to speak with someone, call our admissions hotline.
o Within Canada/USA: +1 (506) 305-6404
o Toll-Free (North America): +1 (855) 598-1038.
o International: If you’re calling from outside North America and the toll-free doesn’t work, use the direct line with the +1 country code, or you can request a callback via email to save on phone charges.
Our phone hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Atlantic Time (AST). If you reach us after hours, you can leave a voicemail with your name, number, and inquiry, and we will return your call.
• WhatsApp/Mobile (for text inquiries): We have a mobile contact +90 (541) 673-6400 (appears to be an international contact, possibly our liaison). This number is available for messaging apps or calls, particularly convenient for international prospects who might want to avoid international call fees. Feel free to send a message identifying yourself and your questions.
• Contact Form: On our website’s Contact Admission page, there is a form you can fill out. Provide your name, email, and message. This form is ideal for general questions and is monitored daily. Once you submit, an admissions representative will reply to the email you provided, typically within a day.
• Campus Address:
Atlantic Gateway College – Admissions Office
107 Charlotte Street,
Saint John, NB E2L 2J2,
Canada.
While we operate primarily online, this is our physical office. If you happen to be local or visiting and wish to speak to someone in person, you can come by during business hours. We do appreciate if you schedule an appointment, so we can ensure an admissions counselor is available to meet you.
How We Can Help:
• Prospective Students: If you’re considering applying and have questions about programs, entry requirements, how online study works, or anything about student life at AGC, reach out. Our admissions counselors can provide personalized information, clarify any doubts, and even schedule a virtual meeting to walk you through things. We can also connect you with faculty or current students if you have specific academic questions or want peer perspectives.
• Application Assistance: Need help with your application? Not sure how to fill a section or having technical issues? Contact us. We can guide you step-by-step or troubleshoot technical problems with the application portal. For those who cannot apply online easily, we can discuss alternative methods (like a PDF application form).
• Checking Status/Updates: While our Application Status portal is the go-to, you can always contact admissions for a status update, especially if you feel something’s taking too long or you haven’t heard back by the expected time. We can informally let you know if, say, “Your application is in committee review this week,” or if something is missing.
• Admission Offers and Next Steps: If you’ve been offered admission and have any confusion about what to do next (deadlines to respond, how to pay deposits, etc.), we’re here to clarify. We can also extend deadlines for acceptance in some cases upon request, or answer questions about deferring admission if needed.
• Visa and Immigration Queries: International students might contact admissions with initial questions about study permits for eventually going to partner universities. While we work closely with a dedicated Visa & Immigration Services agency, our admissions team can provide preliminary guidance or connect you to the appropriate resources. Please note that additional fees may apply for services provided by this agency.
• Feedback and Complaints: We hope your experience with admissions is smooth. But if you ever feel you received incomplete or unsatisfactory info, or have a complaint, contacting the admissions manager via the same contact points is encouraged. We take feedback seriously as we aim to continuously improve our service.
Response Time:
We are committed to timely communication. Emails are usually replied to within 24 hours on weekdays. Phone calls are answered immediately during office hours, though at peak times you may need to leave a message. Our team is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient – no question is too small or too “silly.” We understand that prospective students and their families may be new to online education, so we are happy to explain everything in detail.
Languages:
Our primary language of communication is English. However, we do have staff members or translators available for some other languages (given our global outreach). If you are not comfortable communicating in English, let us know your preferred language; we will do our best to accommodate or find someone who can assist.
Stay Connected:
Beyond one-off inquiries, when you contact admissions, feel free to request to join our mailing list if you haven’t already. We send occasional newsletters with important dates, new programs, or events for prospective students. Also, follow our official social media accounts where admissions-related updates (like upcoming application deadlines or scholarship announcements) are posted.
In summary, don’t hesitate to contact the AGC Admissions team at any stage of your decision-making or application process. We’re here as your resource and guide, from the first question about “Is AGC right for me?” all the way until you successfully join our college. Your journey is important to us, and clear communication is part of our promise to support you every step of the way.
